We wanted to express to you our sincerest appreciation for all the work you did during our engagement and wedding events. We cannot express in words the hard work and dedication the Sukhadia family and your staff put into our joyous celebrations. The food at all events whether early in the morning to late in the evening was both tantalizing and memorable. You were always thinking of food to be served that we would enjoy not just our parents. The selection that was offered was always unique and something many have never tasted before. For example, we especially loved the fruit kabobs that were served during our wedding ceremony. A simple idea of serving a refreshing snack evolved into the amazing creation by your ingenuity and sophistication. At every event, meticulous preparation was undertaken to make the meal pleasurable to the palate and eye. In addition, all of the Sukhadia staff were always professional and courteous in their endeavors. When planning wedding tension was high but we felt at ease knowing the Sukhadia was catering our ceremonies. We felt so relieved that we never had to worry about tardiness and logistical problems without sacrificing the quality of the food.

As Nish and I are getting settled back into our routine, we are so lucky to have all of the memories from the wedding week to look back on. We wanted to thank you sincerely for keeping our guests’ bellies full and spirits happy during the wedding week. We certainly only heard great things about the food and we are very grateful for all of the hard work you put into our big day (week*)! We look forward to working with you again in the future – maybe our brother’s wedding one day!

All the guests were unanimous in their praise for the excellent quality and presentation of food. I am writing this note, on behalf of myself and Hamsa, to compliment on a job well done and to sincerely thank you.
In our dealings with you, you were always reasonable , and a gentleman and a thorough professional. You steered us towards making good decision and to avoid making bad ones. You were patient with our concerns, tolerant and our evolving decisions and accommodating of our changing needs we have much appreciated these qualities.
Hemant bhai who came to supervise was very easy going, soft spoken, cooperative and thoroughly efficient. Once again, our warm regards and sincere thanks.
